摘  要:在高频旋转电压注入交流永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制算法中,为了降低带通滤波器引入带来的滤波延时而影响系统估计精度,误差累积问题,设计了一种基于陷波器的新型二阶广义积分器。采用新型SOGI取代带通滤波器消除相位延迟,将估计转子角度引入信息提取结构,基于该新型二阶广义积分器设计转子位置信息自适应算法以避免高通滤波器的使用,简化了坐标变换过程,通过PI及锁相环得到估计的转子位置。与常规信号解调算法相比,新型自适应算法提高了稳态精度以及系统稳定性。通过仿真分析和Opal-RT实验平台分析验证了新型自适应算法具有可行性以及有效性。In the speed sensorless control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor with high-frequency rotating voltage injection, in order to reduce the filtering delay caused by the introduction of filter, which affects the system estimation accuracy and bring the problem of error accumulation, a notch filter-based is designed a new type of second-order generalized integrator is designed which based on the notch filter. The new SOGI is used to replace the band-pass filters to eliminate the phase delay. And the estimated rotor angle is introduced into the information extraction structure. Based on the new SOGI, the rotor position information adaptive algorithm is designed to avoid the use of high-pass filters and simplify the coordinate transformation process. And finally get the estimated rotor position and speed information through the PI and phase-locked loop structure. Compared with the conventional signal demodulation algorithm, the new adaptive algorithm improves the steady-state accuracy and system stability. Finally, simulation and Opal-RT experimental platform analysis verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
