摘 要:液体表面张力系数是液体的重要热学参量,提出一种环境鲁棒性强、测量准确、操作便捷的智能液体表面张力测量仪具有重要意义。设计了一款智能控制的液体表面张力测量仪,基于STM32单片机,其包括了上位机系统、温度控制系统、OLED波形显示系统、微拉力机系统、LB-TC液体表面张力系数测量仪。装置借助于单片机进行实时信号传输对于数据变化精准定位,并能对数据进行快速分析、绘图、导出,实现数据采集分析一体化。整体上,装置引入单片机智能控制,充分提高了液体表面张力仪的操作可行性、数据准确性、样本完备性、结果精确性,使得液体表面张力测量实验更具有便捷性与可靠性。针对液体表面张力测量计算量大的问题,加入了STM32单片机自动计算与控制,实验证明装置能够有效数据测量时间,提高效率;针对待测液体温度难以精确改变与控制的问题,增加了温度控制装置,兼具温度控制与加热功能,实验证明装置能够既能减小误差又扩大测量范围;针对数据采集困难的问题,使用OLED显示屏绘出波形曲线并显示测量值;针对实验数据难以保存的问题,增加了无线数据传输系统,将数据保存在上位机中,方便实验结束后的数据分析与误差计算。Surface tension coefficient is an important thermal parameter of liquid. It is of great significance to propose an intelligent liquid surface tension measuring instrument with strong environmental robustness, accurate measurement and convenient operation. Under intelligent control, liquid surface tension measuring instrument, based on STM32 microcontroller, can be divided into PC system, temperature control system, OLED waveform display system, micro-tensile machine system, and LB-TC liquid surface tension coefficient measuring instrument. The device uses single chip microcomputer for real-time signal transmission to accurately locate data changes, and quickly analyze, plot and export data to realize the integration of data acquisition. On the whole, the intelligent control of single chip microcomputer is introduced into the device, which fully improves the operation feasibility, data accuracy, sample completeness and result accuracy of the liquid surface tension meter, and makes the liquid surface tension measurement experiment more convenient and reliable. Aiming at the problem of large amount of calculation in liquid surface tension measurement, STM32 single chip microcomputer is added to automatically calculate and control that the experiment proves the device can improve the efficiency. Aiming at the problem that the temperature of the liquid to be measured is difficult to accurately change and control, a temperature control device is added, which has both temperature control and heating functions. The experiment proves that the device can reduce the error and expand the measurement range. In order to solve the problem of difficult data acquisition, OLED display is used to draw the waveform curve and display the measured value. Aiming at the problem that the experimental data is difficult to save, a wireless data transmission system is added to save the data in the upper computer, which is convenient for data analysis and error calculation after the experiment.
