摘  要:随着新一轮产业革命的到来和中国创意经济的发展,创意创新创业("三创")人才培养势在必行。"三创"人才培养需要对"教什么""怎么教""在哪里教"等核心问题进行深刻反思。基于生态理论,本文提出以"三融四链四系"为特征的"三创"育人生态系统。该系统以"素质能力知识融通、创意创新创业融合、教育教学实践融汇"三融合为育人理念,打造课程教学链、组织支撑链、全员融创链、实践平台链四大育人支柱,构建驱动体系、支持体系、监控体系、评价体系四大运行体系。在实践探索的基础上提出我国"三创"人才培养的思路与策略。With the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapid development of creative economy in China,it is imperative to cultivate creative,innovative and entrepreneurial(CIE) talents.The cultivation of CIE talents requires deep reflection on the key issues such as“what to teach”,“how to teach”as well as“where to teach”.Based on the ecological theory and practice of cultivating CIE talents,this paper puts forward CIE Talent Cultivation Ecosystem,which is characterized by“Three Integrations,Four Chains and Four Systems”.“Three Integrations” refer to the integration of quality,ability and knowledge;the integration of creativity,innovation and entrepreneurship;the integration of education,teaching and practice.“Four Chains”refer to curriculum and teaching chain,organizational supporting chain,stakeholder chain and practical platform chain.“Four Systems”refer to driving system,supporting system,monitoring system and evaluation system.The theoretical exploration tries to provide reference for CIE talent cultivation practice in China.
