摘 要:以亚麻饼粕为原料,研究其浸提水溶性植物胶适宜条件,能够为此新型固沙剂研发提供新途径。本研究主要采用清水浸提法,开展料液比例、浸提温度、浸提时间以及浸提次数等单因素组合处理试验,探讨不同浸提条件对亚麻饼粕籽胶提取物的影响。结果表明:室温条件下,随着料液比、浸提时间的增加,浸出物干重、浸出物浓度呈增加趋势,浸出物提取率和料液比、浸提时间无明显相关性,其平均值为18.49%。通过外加热提高浸提温度,可缩短浸提时间,能够增加浸出物干重、浸出物浓度,其浸出物提取率平均为17.08%。室温条件下,随着浸提次数的增加,不同料液比处理浸提出的籽胶量显著降低,第1次浸提出籽胶量平均值占连续3次浸提总籽胶量的77.23%~80.04%。常温条件浸提1次8 h及以上、料液比1.5%及以上,其籽胶浓度大于0.200%,可满足固沙剂应用中籽胶含量要求。Taking flax cake as raw materials,the suitable conditions for extracting water-soluble plant gum were studied,which could provide new ways for the further development of sand-fixing agents.The water extraction method was used to conduct single-factor combined treatment experiments for the material-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times,which discussed the effects of different extraction conditions on the extract substance of flax cake seed gum.The results showed that with the increase of the material-liquid ratio and extraction time,the dry weight and concentration of the extract increase at room temperature.The extraction rate of the extract had no obvious correlation with the material-liquid ratio and extraction time,and the average value of the extraction rate was 18.49%.Increasing the extraction temperature through external heating could shorten the extraction time and increase the dry weight of the extract substance and the concentration of the extract,and the average extraction rate of the extract was 17.08%.With the increase of the number of extractions,the amount of extracted seed gum was significantly reduced during the subsequent extractions under room temperature conditions and different material-liquid ratios,and the average amount of seed gum extracted in the first extraction accounted for 77.23%-80.04% of the total amount of seed gum continuously extracted for three times.At room temperature,one extraction time for 8 hours and above and the material-liquid ratio over 1.5%and above,the seed gum concentration was greater than 0.200%,which could meet the requirements of the seed gum content in the sand-fixing agent.
