对转式水平轴潮流能水轮机的数值模拟优化

摘  要:基于舟山本岛南部附近海域的实测海况,研究使对转式水平轴潮流能水轮机(CRHATT)的功率系数C_(P)达到最大的最优转子间的距离L,以及叶片弦长C_(B)对减小CRHATT转子间的C_(P)差值的作用。在对9组CRHATT完成稳态数值模拟,并得到CRHATT的最优L与减小转子间C_(P)差值的最优C_(B)组合后,拟合舟山本岛南部28 h的潮流数据,得到潮流数据的2阶傅里叶级数拟合函数。使用UDF编程把拟合函数导入到流场环境中,对CRHATT进行5个周期拟合函数的数值模拟,以研究时域特性下的最优L和最优C_(B)组合的有效性。结果表明,在稳态和时域特性数值模拟下的最优L和最优C_(B)组合保持一致。综合分析两种数值模拟结果,在最优L和最优C_(B)组合下的CRHATT的C_(P)可达到0.565;转子间的C_(P)差值占CRHATT总C_(P)的百分比减小至6.95%;转子间的C_(P)差值随潮流变化的离散程度较小,证明CRHATT在时域特性环境中能稳定工作。Based on measured marine condition of the areas around southern Zhoushan Island,the optimal distance between front and rear rotors L is studied,which can maximize the power coefficient C_(P) of the counter-rotating horizontal-axis tidal energy turbine(CRHATT);and the effect of blade chord(C_(B))on reducing C_(P) D-value between the dual rotors of CRHATT is studied.The 28h-tidal-data of the southern Zhoushan Island is fitted to obtain the second-order Fourier series fitting function of the tidal data,after the optimal L and the optimal C_(B) combination by reducing D-value between the dual rotors are obtained by steady numerical simulation on 9 groups of CRHATT.The fitting function is imported into the flow field environment by UDF programming,then the time-domain characteristics numerical simulation of fitting function is carried out for 5 cycles to study the effectiveness of the optimal L and the optimal C_(B) combination of CRHATT.The results show that the optimal L and the optimal C_(B) combination of time-domain characteristics numerical simulation are consistent with that of steady simulation.By comprehensive analysis of the two types of simulation results,C_(P) of CRHATT under the optimal L and the optimal C_(B) combination can reach 0.565;the percentage of C_(P) D-value between the dual rotors to the total C_(P) of CRHATT is reduced to 6.95%and the degree of dispersion of the D-value varies slightly with the tidal change,proving that CRHATT can work stably under time-domain characteristic environment.
