摘 要:针对当前修船企业存在粗放性和滞后性管理等问题,提出以修船工程单为核心,利用信息化技术进行整合,构建企业修船工程单管理系统模型;以数据库共享为基础,实现高效协同的录单模式,规范修船工程单信息流传流程,监控工程项目运转,为企业后续管理优化决策提供数据支撑。In view of the problems of extensive and lagging management in current ship repair enterprises,a model of enterprise ship repair engineering order management system is put forward based on the ship repair engineering order as the core and the integration of information technology.With database sharing as its basics,the efficient and collaborative order recording mode are realized,the process of ship repairing engineering order information flow is standardized,the operation of engineering projects is supervised.It provides data support for the follow-up management and optimization decision for enterprises.
