摘 要:针对船舶曲板的大场景和大曲率等特点,结合三维主动视觉测量技术,研制了基于单目线结构光的船板型线便携式检测系统;研究检测系统结构设计、系统标定及型线特征三维重建、点云配准和偏差计算等关键技术,研究结果表明:该检测系统误差小于±0.3 mm,单次检测时间小于10 s,最大检测肋位线长度为2100 mm,满足了船板型线便携、高效、数字化和智能化等检测需求。According to the characteristics of large scene and large curvature of hull plate,combined with three-dimensional active vision measurement technology,a portable detection system of hull line based on monocular structured light is developed.Key technologies such as inspection system structure design,system calibration,3D reconstruction of profile features,point cloud registration and deviation calculation,etc.are studied.The results show that the detection system error is less than±0.3 mm,the single detection time is less than 10 s,and the maximum detection rib position line length is 2100 mm,which meets the requirements of portable,high-efficiency,digital and intelligent detection of the ship plate profile.
