摘  要:水润滑轴承作为一类开放式结构的环境友好型轴承,常常因卷入异物而导致轴瓦损坏。针对水润滑橡胶轴承局部异常损坏时的应急维修保障技术,利用X射线分析方法分析杂质的种类及破损产生的原因,并提出一套破损修补方法,包括修补材料选择、维修前处理和成型工艺。材料测试结果表明:修补基体固化完全,与橡胶基体粘接良好,达到了预期的修补效果,研究结果可为水润滑橡胶轴承的应急维修保障提供新的思路与方法。As a kind of environmentally friendly bearing with an open structure,water-lubricated bearings are often faced with the situation of damage to the bearing bushes caused by impurities.The emergency maintenance technology for local abnormal damage of water-lubricated rubber bearings is proposed,and the types of impurities using X-ray analysis are analyzed,the causes of damage are analyzed.A set of damage repair methods are also proposed,including choice of repairing material,pre-repair treatment and molding procedures.The material test results show that the repair matrix is completely cured,the rubber matrix is well bonded,and the expected repair effect is achieved,providing new ideas and methods for the emergency maintenance of water-lubricated rubber bearings.
