摘 要:旋流器是借助超重力场的离心力作用使粉尘颗粒从旋转的气流中分离出去的装置。通过理论研究、数值模拟、优化设计等方式,借助FLUENT软件对旋流器的三维流场、内部压力、粉尘颗粒运动情况进行模拟分析,根据分析结果选择采用改变排气管插入深度以及改变圆筒体与圆锥体比例的方式,设计出更优型的旋流器,当排气口插入深度由0.5 m增加到0.9 m时,焊接烟尘的除尘效率从63%增加到66.8%;当圆筒体和圆锥体的长度由1.2 m、1.6 m分别改变为1.4 m、1.4 m和1.6 m、1.2 m时旋流器的除尘效率从63%增加到64.2%和65.1%,验证了优化方案的可行性。Cyclones are devices that separate dust particles from the rotating airflow by the centrifugal force of the hypergravity field.In this paper,the three-dimensional flow field,internal pressure and movement of dust particles of hydrocyclone are simulated and analyzed by means of FLUENT software through theoretical research,numerical simulation and optimal design.According to the analysis results,the better cyclone is designed by changing the insertion depth of exhaust pipe and the ratio of cylinder and cone.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the optimization scheme.When the insertion depth of exhaust nozzle increased from 0.5 m to 0.9 m,the fume removal efficiency of welding dust increased from 63%to 66.8%.When the length of cylinder and cone changed from 1.2 m and 1.6 m to 1.4 m and 1.4 m,1.6 m and 1.2 m respectively,the fume removal efficiency of the cyclone increased from 63%to 64.2%and 65.1%,which verified the feasibility of the optimization scheme.
