摘  要:由于传统的梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度方法存在耗时长、费用高、资源利用率低、分频调度效果不佳的问题,提出一种基于背包算法的梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度方法。在水位约束、水库水位约束、流量约束、出力约束以及梯级水电站的水量平衡方程下,构建目标函数,计算下游梯级不同电站的入流以及出力,并将计算结果和天然径流下的出力进行多组统计对比,获取对应的补偿效益,构建梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度模型。采用背包算法,对组建的模型进行求解,获取最佳梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度方案。仿真试验结果表明,该方法的梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度耗时最高只有1.56 min,且调度精度最高可达90%,能够有效降低电力负荷分频调度耗时及费用,提升梯级水电站的资源利用率和电力负荷分频调度精度。Due to the problems of long time-consumption,high cost,low resources utilization rate,poor frequency division dispatching effect of the conventional method for the power load frequency division dispatching of cascade hydropower stations,a knapsack algorithm-based power load frequency division dispatching method for cascade hydropower stations is proposed herein.Under the conditions of water level constraint,reservoir water level constraint,flow rate constraint,power-output constraint and water balance equation of cascade hydropower stations,the relevant objective function is built up to calculate the inflow and power-output of different downstream cascade hydropower stations,and then several sets of statistical comparisons are made between the calculated results and the power-outputs under the natural runoff for obtaining the corresponding compensation benefits and establishing the power load frequency division disptching model of cascade hydropower stations.With knapsack algorithm,the established model is solved to obtain the optimal power load frequency division dispatching scheme for cascade hydropower stations.The simulative experiment result shows that the maximum time consumption is only 1.56min for power load frequency division dispatching of cascade hydropower stations,while the highest dispatching accuracy can reach to 90%,thus can effectively lower both the time-consumption and cost of the power load frequency division dispatching and enhance the resources utilization rate and the power load frequency division dispatching accuracy of cascade hydropower stations.
