摘 要:以船用电机常见的电气故障为诊断目标,设计了智能马达控制器的电压、电流采集电路。利用智能马达控制器对电机的电压、电流进行实时测量,同时利用谐波导纳法计算不同电压、电流下的转速,建立电流、电压、转速与故障类型关系的故障知识库;在此基础上,设计了电机常见电气故障的诊断算法,通过算法提取电流、电压、转速的故障特征值与故障知识库的对比,判断故障类型。本文在智能马达控制模块硬件设计的基础上,建立了电机电气参数与故障类型的关系,完成了故障诊断算法的设计,初步达到了对电机电气参数监测与诊断的目的,形成了一套电机电气故障监测与诊断系统。The voltage and current acquisition circuits of intelligent motor controller(IMCC)are designed diagnose the common electrical faults of marine motor.The voltage and current of the motor are measured in real time by IMCC.Meanwhile,the harmonic admittance method is used to calculate the motor speed of different voltages and currents,and the fault knowledge base of the relationship between current,voltage,motor speed and fault types is established.Establish a fault knowledge base of current voltage,speed and fault type.On this basis,the diagnosis algorithm for common electrical faults of the motor is designed.The fault characteristic values of current,voltage and speed are extracted by the algorithm and compared with the fault knowledge base to judge the fault type.Based on the design of IMCC hardware,the relationship between the motor electrical parameters and fault type is established,the design of the fault diagnosis algorithm is completed,the purpose of monitoring and diagnosis of the motor electrical parameters is preliminarily achieved,and a set of motor electrical fault monitoring and diagnosis system is formed.
