摘 要:针对目前绝大多数反应动力学参数估计方法是基于测量光谱数据中仅含有高斯白噪声这一假设来设计的问题,提出有色噪声影响下的动力学参数估计方法。对于含有一阶自回归有色噪声的光谱数据,该方法通过测量数据差分,并基于配点法和极大似然估计原则对反应动力学参数进行估计。结果表明:针对含有有色噪声的光谱数据,在假设噪声模型完全已知的情况下,提出的方法能很好地估计出反应动力学参数,并且在仅知道有色噪声模型结构为一阶自回归过程的情况下也能很好地估计出有色噪声自相关系数及反应动力学参数。相比基于高斯白噪声假设的方法,所提出的方法具有更高的估计精度。Because most parameter estimation approaches have been designed based on the assumption that there is only white Gaussian noise in the measured spectroscopic data so far,a kinetic parameter estimation approach under the influence of colored noise was proposed.For spectroscopic data with colored noise of the first-order auto-regressive process,the reaction kinetic parameter estimation was performed by combining observed data difference,collocation method and maximum likelihood principle.The results show that the kinetic parameters can be well estimated from spectroscopic data with colored noise by the proposed approach under the assumption that the colored noise model is completely known.Also,when only the model structure of colored noise is known,both the kinetic parameters and auto-correlation coefficient can be well estimated by the proposed approach simultaneously.The proposed approach has the better estimation precision than the approach derived based on the white Gaussian noise assumption.
