摘 要:目的利用DRGs相关指标评价临床科室医疗服务绩效能力,为实现现代医院精细化管理提供重要依据。方法开展各科室指标横纵向比较分析,同时基于医院DRGs绩效评价指标体系,对各科室的绩效水平作出综合评价。结果2020年度出院人数较2019年下降16.39%,但其收治疾病的难度系数较同期提高,大部分科室综合绩效得分有所提高,通过指标的关联性分析识别优先持续改进的科室,针对短板,专项提升。结论基于DRGs的临床科室绩效评价较传统评价方法更加科学、客观、公正,有助于引导科室积极收治急危重症和疑难复杂病例,聚焦医疗技术、服务效率和质量安全,对科室医疗服务综合能力的提高起到了促进作用。Objective:To evaluate the medical service performance ability of clinical departments and provide an important basis for the realization of the refined management in modern hospitals by using the DRGs related indicators.Method:The horizontal and vertical comparison,and the analysis of indicators of all departments were carried out,and the comprehensive evaluation of the performance level of all departments was made based on hospital DRGs performance evaluation index system.Result:In 2020,the number of patients discharged from hospitals decreased by 16.39%compared with that in 2019,but the difficulty coefficient of admitting and treating diseases increased compared with that in the same period,and the comprehensive performance scores of most departments were improved.Through correlation analysis of indicators,the departments with priority for continuous improvement were identified,and specific improvements were made to address the shortcomings.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional evaluation methods,the performance evaluation of clinical departments based on DRGs is more scientific,objective and fair,which helps to guide the departments to actively treat acute,critical and difficult cases,focus on medical technology,service efficiency and quality safety,and promote the improvement of the comprehensive ability of medical services in the departments.
