摘 要:以梯次利用锰酸锂电池为实验对象,搭建储能电池测试平台,开展了恒压充电电压、恒流充电电流、恒功率充放电、环境温度等对电池组容量、内阻、电压一致性的影响实验研究。实验结果表明,将单体电池恒压充电截止电压设置在高于电池充电平台电压0.2 V时,可以在较少时间获得较大充电总容量;在相同的充放电截止电压下,恒流充电电流越大,电池组充入容量越少,单体电池开路电压差越大;静态交流内阻受充电电流变化影响不大,电池组容量主要受充电过程中的动态极化内阻影响;环境温度在-10~20℃时,电池内阻和容量受温度影响较大,环境温度在20~55℃时,电池内阻变化趋于平缓。Taking lithium manganate battery for cascade utilization as the experimental object,build a test platform for energy storage batteries,the effects of constant voltage charging voltage,constant current charging current,constant power charging and discharging,and ambient temperature on the capacity,internal resistance and voltage consistency of the battery pack were studied.The experimental results show that when the constant voltage cut-off voltage of single battery was set at 0.2 V higher than the battery charging platform voltage,a larger total charging capacity caned be obtained in less time;at the same cut-off voltage,the larger the constant current charging current led to less charging capacity and larger open circuit voltage difference;the static AC internal resistance was not affected by the change of charging current,while the battery capacity was mainly affected by the dynamic polarization internal resistance during charging;when the ambient temperature was from-10℃to 20℃,the internal resistance and capacity of the battery were greatly affected by the temperature,when the ambient temperature was from 20℃to 55℃,the change of the internal resistance tended to be flat.
