腕针运动疗法配合电针治疗冈上肌损伤恢复期的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腕针运动疗法配合电针治疗冈上肌损伤恢复期的临床疗效。方法:纳入2017年5月~2019年11月就诊于福建省南平市人民医院针灸科的冈上肌损伤恢复期患者58例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(29例)和对照组(29例)。观察组以腕针运动疗法配合电针进行治疗;对照组则采用单纯电针治疗;观察并记录受试者治疗前、后的VAS评分和ADL评分的变化。结果:观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),ADL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕针运动疗法配合电针治疗冈上肌损伤恢复期疗效显著,值得推广运用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of wrist acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of supraspinatus muscle injury in recovery period.Methods:A total of 58 patients recovering from supraspinatus muscle injury in our Hospital from May 2017 to November 2019 were included,and they were divided into observation group(29 cases) and control group(29 cases) by random number table method.The observation group was treated with wrist acupuncture combined with Electroacupuncture;the control group was treated with electroacupuncture alone;the VAS score and ADL score before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score was decreased and ADL score was increased in 2 groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and VAS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and ADL score was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:wrist acupuncture exercise therapy combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of supraspinatus muscle injury in the recovery period has a significant effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
