摘　　要：非特异性下腰痛是一种发病机理尚不明确的多发疾病,临床以腰臀部疼痛及活动障碍等症状为主,严重者可有致残风险。该病患病率正逐年上升,目前现代医学对本病尚未有理想的根治手段,因此在过去的三十年中,康复治疗逐渐受到更多地重视,其治疗手段包括手法治疗、针灸疗法、物理因子疗法、运动疗法等。然而,就目前研究来看,该治疗仍缺乏规范、有效、统一的临床指南及大样本、前瞻性的严谨科研设计和统计分析,故本文就非特异性下腰痛的病因病机、非药物康复具体手法的研究进展进行综述,以期为该病的临床诊疗提供更规范的模式选择。Nonspecific low back pain(NLBP) is a multiple disease whose pathogenesis is still unclear.Clinically,symptoms such as lumbago and hip pain and mobility disorder are mainly manifested,and severe cases may have the risk of disability.The prevalence rate of this disease is increasing year by year.At present,modern medicine has not had ideal radical cure means for this disease.Therefore,in the past three decades,rehabilitation therapy has been gradually paid more attention to,including manipulation therapy,acupuncture therapy,physical factor therapy,exercise therapy and so on.However,in the context of the present study,the treatment is still effective,unified norms,large sample,prospective clinical guidelines and rigorous scientific research design and statistical analysis,therefore,in this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of nonspecific low back pain,non-drug rehabilitation concrete technique research progress were reviewed,so as to provide more specification for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease of mode selection.
