摘　　要：目的了解遂宁市2017—2020年法定传染病网络报告现状,为进一步规范全市传染病报告管理工作提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,2017—2020年共抽取遂宁市113家医疗机构,对其法定传染病网络直报质量进行调查。率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果对113家医疗机构共抽查法定传染病3479例,报告率、报告及时率分别为100.00%、99.89%。核对传染病报告卡2270张,卡片填写完整率、准确率、一致率、有效证件号完整率分别为97.44%、97.88%、96.65%和99.21%。不同级别医疗机构卡片填写完整率、网络报告信息一致率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.166,P=0.017;χ^(2)=22.37,P=0.000)。结论2017—2020年遂宁市法定传染病报告质量总体较好,仍有较大的提升空间,各级卫生健康行政部门、疾控中心、医疗机构应高度重视传染病报告管理工作,加强培训及考核评估工作,不断提高遂宁市传染病报告质量。Objective To understand the current status of statutory infectious diseases network reporting in Suining City from 2017 to 2020,and to provide the basis for further standardizing the management of infectious diseases reporting in the city.Methods A total of 113 medical institutions in Suining City were selected by stratified random sampling method from 2017 to 2020 to investigate the quality of legal infectious diseases network reporting.And Chi-square test was used for comparing the rates.Results A total of 3479 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were randomly selected from the 113 medical institutions.The reporting rate and the timely reporting rate was 100%and 99.89%respectively.A total of 2270 infectious diseases reporting cards were checked,and the card integrity rate,accuracy rate,consistency rate and the integrity rate of the valid certificate number was 97.44%,97.88%,96.65%and 99.21%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the integrity rate of card filling and the consistency rate of network reporting information among different levels of medical institutions(χ^(2)=8.166,P=0.017;χ^(2)=22.37,P=0.000).Conclusion The report quality of legal infectious diseases in Suining City from 2017 to 2020 was generally good,but there was still a large room for improvement.Health administrative departments,centers for disease control and prevention,and medical institutions at all levels should pay much attention to the management of infectious diseases reporting,strengthen training and assessment,and constantly improve the quality of infectious diseases reporting.
