摘　　要：目的分析2008—2020年甘孜州理塘县艾滋病流行病学特征,为制定适合本地区的防治策略提供科学依据。方法通过国家艾滋病综合防治信息系统收集2008—2020年现住址为理塘县的HIV感染者/艾滋病人(HIV/AIDS)信息,采用描述性流行病学方法分析其人口学特征、感染方式及检测发现途径。结果2008—2020年累计报告HIV/AIDS共227例,人群感染率为304.0/10万。25~45岁年龄段报告病例数最多(64.76%);男女性别比为1.56∶1;感染以异性性行为传播为主,其中非婚性行为接触史占79.6%。结论理塘县艾滋病流行呈现新报告病例快速增长的趋势,须采取适宜本地区有针对性的措施来预防艾滋病在高发年龄段的传播,遏制病例快速增长的势头。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome)in Litang County of Ganzi Prefecture from 2008 to 2020,and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies suitable for this region.Methods The information of HIV/AIDS patients currently residing in Litang County from 2008 to2020 was collected from the National Basic Information System for HIV/AIDS Prevention.The descriptive epidemiology methods were used to analyze the demographic characteristics,infection patterns and detection ways.Results A total of 227 HIV/AIDS cases were reported from 2008 to2020,with a population infection rate of 304.0/105.Most HIV/AIDS cases aged 25-45 years old(64.76%).The male to female ratio was 1.56∶1.The disease was mainly transmitted through heterosexual behaviors,and non-marital sex accounted for 79.0%.Conclusion The epidemic of HIV/AIDS in the county showed a trend of rapid growth of newly reported cases.Region-specific prevention measures should be taken to prevent the spread of the disease in the age group with higher incidence and to halt the rapid increase in cases.
