摘 要:本文通过对前人的研究分析及现场实践,针对山西柳林区块煤层气水平井水平段发生的卡钻事故,分析了其原理及处理措施,一定程度上解决了水平井钻井过程中卡钻事故带来的钻井周期长、钻井成本高等问题,总结并归类了其风险因素,提高了钻井效率,保障了钻井安全,为该区域水平井钻井工程设计优化并采取高效施工技术提供参考。Based on the previous research and field practice, this paper analyzes the principle and treatment measures of the sticking accident in the horizontal section of coalbed methane horizontal well in Liulin Block of Shanxi Province, solves the problems of long drilling cycle and high drilling cost caused by the sticking accident in the process of horizontal well drilling to a certain extent, summarizes and classifies its risk factors, improves the drilling efficiency and ensures the safety of drilling, and provides a reference for the optimization of horizontal well drilling engineering design and the adoption of efficient construction technology in this area.
