摘  要:煤层气各种新式井型的层出不穷,对举升工艺提出了更苛刻的要求,有杆举升工艺在大斜度煤层气井已无法应用,针对此问题,开展无杆举升工艺的适应性研究。本文介绍了电潜离心泵、射流泵、水力管式泵和数控电潜管式泵四种无杆举升工艺的原理,通过长期的现场应用试验,在水质要求、日常维护、井斜要求等方面,完善了这四种无杆举升工艺在煤层气井的技术优势和工艺缺点,并在此基础上提出了适宜煤层气井排采需求的无杆举升工艺为射流泵和水力管式泵。此项研究为煤层气井举升工艺的完善提供了技术支撑,具有一定借鉴作用。New CBM well types are emerging and more severe criteria are put forward on lifting technology. Rod lifting technology cannot be applied in highly deviated CBM wells, and to resolve this problem, the adaptability research of rodless lifting technology has been carried out. The paper introduces the theories of four types of rodless lifting technology, including electric submersible centrifugal pump, jet pump, hydraulic tubing pump and submersible tubing pump with numerical control. Through the long term filed application tests, the technical advantages and disadvantages of these technologies in CBM wells are improve from the aspects of water quality requirement, daily maintenance and well deviation requirement. Based on the analysis, it is proposed that the jet pump and hydraulic tubing pump are the suitable rodless lifting technologies for CBM well. This research will provide technical support and reference for the improvement of rodless lifting technology in CBM Wells.
