摘　　要：采用NX软件设计冷弯型材校形机,校形机采用手摇驱动蜗轮蜗杆传动,带动辊轮偏转,校正两辊轮之间的型材的扭转变形。机器高度可调,以适应不同的产线需求,两辊轮可根据型材的断面形状配做,具有适应面广的特点。产品目前已经成功应用于冷弯成型产线,应用前景广阔,具有推广价值。Using NX software to design cold-formed profile calibrattion machine.The calibration machine adopts hand-driven worm gear drives the rollers to deflect and correct the torsional deformation of the profile between the two roller.The height of the calibration machine can be adjusted,the two rollers can be made according to the section shape of the profile.The calibration machine has been successfully applied to the production line.
