摘　　要：目的探讨双J管留置时间对输尿管结石合并感染患者疗效的影响。方法选取61例输尿管结石合并感染患者,均行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗。根据术后双J管留置时间的不同分为短时间组(5~7 d,29例)和长时间组(8 d及以上,32例),比较两组的结石排出率以及术后肾积水、尿路狭窄、并发症发生率。结果两组术后3 d、术后2周及术后1个月的结石排出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,两组的肾积水、尿路狭窄、并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双J管留置时间对输尿管结石合并感染患者的疗效及并发症无显著影响,临床中可根据患者具体情况确定拔除双J管的时间。Objective To explore the impact of indwelling time of double J tube on the efficacy of patients with ureteral calculi complicated with infection.Methods 61 patients with ureteral calculi complicated with infection were selected and treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.According to the different indwelling time of double J tube after surgery,all cases were divided into short time group(5~7 d,29 cases)and long time group(8 d and above,32 cases).The stone removal rate,and incidences of postoperative hydronephrosis,urinary tract stenosis and complications were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the stone removal rate between the two groups at 3 d,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).After surgery,no significant difference was found in the incidences of hydronephrosis,urinary tract stenosis and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The indwelling time of double J tube has no significant impact on the efficacy and complications of patients with ureteral calculi complicated with infection.The time of removing double J tube can be determined according to the specific situation of patients.
