摘　　要：目的探讨瓣膜置换联合同期射频消融改良迷宫术对心脏瓣膜病合并房颤患者心功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取90例心脏瓣膜病合并房颤患者,随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用瓣膜置换术治疗,观察组采用瓣膜置换联合同期射频消融改良迷宫术治疗。比较两组的心功能和血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,两组的LAD、LVEDD均显著降低,LVEF均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组的LAD、LVEDD显著低于对照组,LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、IL-1β水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组的IL-6、IL-1β水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瓣膜置换联合同期射频消融改良迷宫术可改善心脏瓣膜病合并房颤患者的心功能,缓解机体炎性反应。Objective To explore the impact of valve replacement combined with simultaneous radiofrequency ablation modified maze procedure on cardiac function and levels of serum inflammatory factors in patients with valvular heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods 90 patients with valvular heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valve replacement,while the observation group was treated with valve replacement combined with simultaneous radiofrequency ablation modified maze procedure.The cardiac function and levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,LAD and LVEDD in the two groups decreased significantly,and LVEF increased significantly(P<0.05);LAD and LVEDD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and LVEF was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-1βin both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6 and IL-1βin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Valve replacement combined with simultaneous radiofrequency ablation modified maze procedure can improve cardiac function and alleviate inflammatory response in patients with valvular heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.
