摘　　要：目的探讨Isobar动态稳定系统固定联合椎板开窗椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法120例LDH患者随机均分为对照组(椎板开窗椎间盘切除术)和观察组(Isobar动态稳定系统固定联合椎板开窗椎间盘切除术),比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的JOA评分、邻近节段活动度低于对照组,ODI评分、腰椎活动度高于对照组,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Isobar动态稳定系统固定联合椎板开窗椎间盘切除术治疗LDH患者效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of Isobar dynamic stabilization system fixation combined with fenestration discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 120 cases of LDH patients were randomly and equally divided into the control group(fenestration discectomy)and the observation group(Isobar dynamic stabilization system fixation combined with fenestration discectomy).The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the JOA score and adjacent segment activity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the ODI score and lumbar activity were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Isobar dynamic stabilization system fixation combined with fenestration discectomy in the treatment of patients with LDH has significant effect.
