头针联合小角度复位手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨头针联合小角度复位手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年1月我院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者90例,随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予头针联合小角度复位手法治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及颈椎功能。结果治疗后,两组的NDI评分、NPQ评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组的NDI评分、NPQ评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗优良率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论头针联合小角度复位手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果确切,可有效改善患者的颈椎功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with small angle reduction manipulation in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods 90 cases of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with small angle reduction manipulation on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and cervical function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NDI and NPQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the NDI score and NPQ score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,significantly higher than 75.56%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Scalp acupuncture combined with small angle reduction manipulation in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has exact effect,which can effectively improve the cervical function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
