依那普利联合拜新同治疗老年高血压的效果及对血清Salusin-β、Apelin水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨依那普利联合拜新同治疗老年高血压的效果及对血清Salusin-β、Apelin水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月我院收治的老年高血压患者72例,随机分为两组各36例。对照组给予氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,研究组给予依那普利联合拜新同治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血压水平以及血清Salusin-β、Apelin水平。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为97.22%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Salusin-β水平显著低于对照组,Apelin水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合拜新同治疗老年高血压可有效控制患者的血压水平,对血清Salusin-β、Apelin水平具有一定的调节作用。Objective To explore the effect of enalapril combined with Baixintong in the treatment of elderly hypertension and its impact on serum Salusin-β and Apelin levels.Methods 72 cases of elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide,and the study group was treated with enalapril combined with Baixintong.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure levels,and serum Salusin-β and Apelin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.22%,significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Salusin-βlevel in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the Apelin level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Enalapril combined with Baixintong in the treatment of elderly hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure levels of patients,and has certain regulatory effects on serum Salusin-βand Apelin levels.
