摘　　要：目的探讨不同浓度肝素钠封管液在乳腺癌患者中心静脉导管封管中的应用价值。方法150例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为A组、B组、C组,分别使用高、中、低浓度的肝素钠封管液(125 U/mL、100 U/mL及50 U/mL)封管,比较三组的导管留置时间、堵管发生率、凝血功能以及生活质量。结果A组与B组的导管留置时间显著长于C组,堵管发生率显著低于C组(P<0.05);A组与B组的导管留置时间及堵管发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组的PT、TT、APTT显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组与C组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。三组的生活质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论中浓度(100 U/mL)肝素钠封管液应用于乳腺癌患者中心静脉导管封管中,可延长导管留置时间,降低堵管发生率,具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the application value of different concentrations of heparin sodium tube-sealing solution in tube sealing of central venous catheter in patients with breast cancer.Methods 150 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into group A,group B,and group C.High,medium,and low concentrations of heparin sodium tube-sealing solution(125 U/mL,100 U/mL,and 50 U/mL)were used to seal the tube in each group respectively.The catheter indwelling time,incidence of plugging,coagulation function and quality of life were compared among the three groups.Results The catheter indwelling time of group A and group B were significantly longer than those of group C,and the incidences of plugging were significantly lower than those of group C(P<0.05).PT,TT and APTT in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C(P<0.05),while no statistical difference was found between group B and group C(P>0.05).No statistical difference was found among the three groups in the scores of quality of life(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of medium concentration(100 U/mL)of heparin sodium tube-sealing solution in tube sealing of central venous catheter in patients with breast cancer can prolong the indwelling time of catheter,reduce the incidence of plugging,and has higher safety.
