摘　　要：目的探讨零缺陷护理对肝癌切除术患者胃肠功能、应激反应及并发症的影响。方法70例肝癌切除术患者随机均分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以零缺陷护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的术后首次肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、进食时间均短于对照组,术后7 d的CRP、FBG、IL-6、Cor水平均低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论零缺陷护理可减少肝癌切除术患者的术后并发症,减轻应激反应,缩短胃肠功能恢复时间。Objective To explore the impact of zero-defect nursing on gastrointestinal function,stress response and complications in patients with liver cancer resection.Methods 70 patients with liver cancer resection were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group received regular nursing,while the observation group received zero-defect nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The postoerative first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,defecation time and eating time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the levels of CRP,FBG,IL-6 and Cor at 7 days after surgery were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zero-defect nursing can reduce postoperative complications,relieve stress response and shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in patients with liver cancer resection.
