摘 要:目的探讨家庭教育-环境改良-功能干预模式在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿护理中的应用效果。方法150例HSP患儿根据护理干预方式的不同分为两组,对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上予以家庭教育-环境改良-功能干预模式的护理干预,比较两组的家属知识掌握度、患儿遵医行为及负性情绪。结果干预后,研究组的家属知识掌握度、患儿遵医行为评分均高于对照组,SCARED评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭教育-环境改良-功能干预模式可提高HSP患儿的家属知识掌握度,改善患儿遵医行为,缓解患儿负性情绪。Objective To explore the application effect of family education-environmental improvement-function intervention model in nursing of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods 150 cases of HSP children were divided into two groups according to the different nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received nursing intervention of family education-environmental improvement-function intervention model on the basis of the control group.The knowledge mastery degree of family members,and compliance behavior and negative emotions of children were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge mastery degree of family members and compliance behavior of children in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the SCARED score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Family education-environmental improvement-function intervention model can improve the knowledge mastery degree of family members of children with HSP,improve the compliance behavior of children,and alleviate the negative emotions of children.
