摘　　要：目的了解四川省市(州)级疾病预防控制中心(以下简称"疾控中心")工作人员新型冠状病毒疫苗接种意愿,探索影响新型冠状病毒疫苗接种意愿的原因,为更好地推广该疫苗提供科学依据。方法于2021-01-06,采用整群抽样的方法在四川省21个市州抽取7个市州级疾控中心,对被抽中的市(州)疾控中心的所有工作人员开展网络自填式问卷调查,所得数据采用χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归分析。结果共调查551位疾控中心工作人员,其中84.6%的工作人员愿意接种新型冠状病毒疫苗。多因素回归分析显示担心感染新冠肺炎人群更愿意接种新型冠状病毒疫苗(OR=1.743),经常关注比很少关注新型冠状病毒疫苗的人群更愿意接种该疫苗(OR=3.284)。愿意接种新型冠状病毒疫苗的主要原因是担心所从事岗位有感染新型冠状病毒风险(50.7%),不愿意接种的主要原因是新上市的新型冠状病毒疫苗安全性和有效性尚不明确(69.7%)。结论四川省市(州)级疾控中心工作人员新型冠状病毒疫苗的接种意愿较高;而不愿意接种的人员主要是担心新上市的新冠疫苗安全性和有效性尚不明确,各级各部门应加快推进新冠疫苗的接种工作,保障疫苗供应,同时加大对新型冠状病毒疫苗安全性及有效性的宣传。Objective To investigate the willingness to inoculate the COVID-19 vaccine among the workers of the municipal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)in Sichuan Province and explore the influencing factors of the willingness to inoculate the novel coronavirus vaccine,in order to provide reference for the better promotion of the COVID-19 vaccine.Methods On January6,2021,the study selected 7 from 21 municipal CDCs in Sichuan Province by using the cluster sampling method,all the workers of the CDCs in selected institutions were investigated with a selfadministered online questionnaire.The data were analyzed byχ^(2)test and logistic regression.Results A total of 551 participants were surveyed,of whom 84.6%were willing to inoculate the COVID-19 vaccine.Multivariate regression analysis showed that participants who were worried about infecting COVID-19 were more willing to inoculate the COVID-19 vaccine than those who were not(OR=1.743),and those who paid more attention to the COVID-19 vaccine were more willing to inoculate the vaccine than those who paid less attention to it(OR=3.284).The main reason for the participants′willingness to inoculate the COVID-19 vaccine was the fear of the risk of COVID-19 infection in their work(50.7%)and the main reason for the reluctance to inoculate the vaccine was that the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine was not clear(69.7%).Conclusion The willingness to inoculate the COVID-19 vaccine is high among the workers of the municipal CDCs in Sichuan Province,while the main reason for the reluctance to inoculate the vaccine is the fear caused by the uncertainty of the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine.Relevant departments at all levels should speed up the promotion of the vaccination of the COVID-19 vaccine,guarantee the vaccine supply,and strengthen the publicity of the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine at the same time.
