摘 要:在室内分别用玉米、花生、大豆、小麦、白菜的幼苗饲喂草地贪夜蛾幼虫,测定取食不同作物的草地贪夜蛾幼虫的发育历期、幼虫龄期、虫体重、存活率,以及成虫的寿命和繁殖力等。结果表明,取食小麦的幼虫发育历期最短,为13.2d;取食花生的最长,为25.3 d。取食玉米的幼虫全为6龄,取食大豆的有6、7龄,取食小麦、白菜的有5、6龄,取食大豆、小麦、白菜的以6龄为主,取食花生的有6、7、8龄,以7龄为主。取食不同作物的幼虫体重差异显著,取食小麦的最重。取食小麦和玉米的幼虫存活率在90%以上,取食花生和大豆的只有40%和20%。取食玉米、花生、大豆和小麦的幼虫化蛹率均在93%以上,取食白菜的只有78%。取食玉米的成虫交配率、产卵量、卵孵化率均为最高,取食小麦和白菜的成虫次高。综上,草地贪夜蛾幼虫取食玉米和小麦发育较好,取食白菜次之,取食花生和大豆发育相对较差。The larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda were fed with maize,peanut,soybean,wheat and Chinese cabbageat 25℃in the laboratory respectively,the developmental duration,larval instar,body weight,survival rate,adult longevity and fecundity were determined.The results showed that the larvae fed on wheat had the shortest development period of 13.2 days,and that fed on peanut had the longest development period of 25.3 days.The larvae fed with different crops had different instars.The larvae fed with maize had six instars,with soybean had six and seven instars,with wheat and Chinese cabbage had five and six instars and mainly had six instars.The larvae fed on peanut had six,seven,eight instars and most of them had seven instars.The bodyweight of larvae fed with different host plants varied significantly.The larvae fed on wheat had the heaviest weight.The survival rate of wheat-and maize-fed larvae was more than 90%,while that of peanut-and soybean-fed larvae was only 40%and 20%.The pupation rate of larvae fed on maize,peanut,soybean,and wheat was more than 93%,while that of larvae fed on cabbagewas only 78%.The mating rate,fecundity,and egg hatching rate of the larvae fed with maize were the highest,followed by wheat and cabbage treatment.Based on the above results,corn and wheat are more suitable for the growth and reproduction of Spodoptera frugiperda than Chinese cabbage,while the peanut and soybean were less suitable.
