摘  要:电解锰行业普遍采用重铬酸钾作为电解锰片钝化剂,但重铬酸钾中的六价铬(Cr^(6+))有剧毒、易致癌,对人体和生态坏境都存在威胁,同时由此产生的含铬废水及含铬废渣也增加了企业的安全环保风险。因此,采用新型无铬钝化技术,尤其是研发高效、清洁无铬钝化剂势在必行。以钝化成膜物质性质将无铬钝化剂分为无机盐型、有机物型和无机盐/有机物复合型3大类,详细介绍了各类型无铬钝化剂的钝化机理、原料配比、应用条件、钝化效果及研发进展情况。同时,结合电解锰免钝化技术,为广泛、成熟替代铬酸盐钝化提供理论和技术支撑。It is general to use potassium heavy chromate as a passivator in electrolytic metal manganese industry.Hexavalent chromium in potassium chromate is a threat to human body and ecological bad environment,resulting in chromium-containing wastewater and chromium-containing waste residue,which increases the safety and environmental risks of enterprises.About the use of new chrome-free passivation technology,especially in the development of efficient,clean chromium-free passivation agent is imperative.The chromium-free passivants are divided into three categories of inorganic salt type,organic compound type and inorganic salt/organic compound type by the properties of the passivated film material.The passivation mechanism,including raw material ratio,application conditions,passivation effect and research and development progress of each type of non-chromium passivator,are introduced in detail,we think.At the same time,combined with electrolytic manganese passivation-free technology,it provides theoretical and technical support for extensive and mature alternative to chromate passivation.
