摘　　要：心力衰竭是各种病因心脏病的终末阶段,所涉及的系统、器官多,发生过程复杂,经过数代人的传承发扬,我国心力衰竭研究取得了令人瞩目的成绩,目前的心力衰竭治疗涵盖药物、介入、外科手术及心理与康复等诸多方面,本文对我国心力衰竭内外科治疗进展作简要叙述。Heart failure is the Last stage of all kinds cardiac diseases, involving a lot of systems and organs, through many complicated procedures. China has made remarkable achievements in the heart failure research field with the inheritance and development of generation after generation. Contemporary treatment of the heart failure covers various fields such as medicine, intervene, surgery, psychical elements and rehabilitation. This article reviews the heart failure research biography nearly 100 years in China.
