摘　　要：目的:总结郑怀贤伤科手法加电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:观察在我院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例。观察组选用郑怀贤伤科推拿手法加电针,对照组选用电针,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、ODI评分、JOA评分。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均降低,观察组数值低于对照组,两组对比差异(P<0.05);ODI评分均降低,观察组数值低于对照组,具统计学意义(P<0.05);JOA评分均增加明显,观察组分差变化高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(76.67%),具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑怀贤伤科手法联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可有效缓解患者的腰部疼痛,降低下肢麻木、疼痛,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective:The effect of lumbar needles combined with Zheng’s manipulation on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our department were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with lumbar four needles combined with Zheng’s manipulation.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture.The VAS score,ODI score,and JOA score were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The two groups were compared with before treatment,VAS scores were reduced,the observation group was lower than the control group,the two groups were different(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ODI score of the two groups decreased,the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the JOA score was after the treatment.The longer the treatment cycle,the greater the change range,and the change range of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with lumbar needles combined with Zheng’s manipulation can effectively relieve the pain of the waist and reduce the pain of numbness of the lower limbs.It is worthy of clinical application.
