疏肝理气活血方治疗冠心病患者焦虑/抑郁状态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝理气活血方对气滞血瘀型冠心病患者焦虑/抑郁状态的影响。方法:将60例伴有焦虑/抑郁状态的气滞血瘀型冠心病患者按照随机数字表分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用疏肝理气活血方,两组均连续治疗28天,比较两组患者的中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及汉密尔顿焦虑/抑郁(HAMA/HAMD)量表评分。结果:治疗后两组中医临床症状均较治疗前有明显改善,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,治疗组的心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效的显效率及总治疗率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组HAMA/HAMD总分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝理气活血方结合西药治疗可改善冠心病患者的中医临床症状,心绞痛及心肌缺血症状,并能改善患者焦虑/抑郁状态。Objective:To observe the effect of Shugan Liqi Huoxue Decoction on coronary heart disease(CHD)in patients with anxiety/depression.Methods:60 CHD patients in anxiety/depression with qi and phlegm stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of them has 30 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine,the treatment group was given Shugan Liqi Huoxue Decoction besides for 28 days,TCM syndrome efficacy,angina efficacy,electrocardiogram efficacy and HAMA/HAMD score and efficacy were compared.Results:The clinical symptoms of TCM in both groups were improved significantly after treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the marked effective rate and effective rate of angina efficacy and electrocardiogram efficacy in treatment group was much better than that of control group(P<0.05),the total HAMA/HAMD score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of HAMA/HAMD score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Liqi Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine could improve the TCM clinical symptoms,angina and myocardial ischemia symptoms of patients with CHD,and improve the state of anxiety/depression.
