摘　　要：目的:电镜下观察6种中药颗粒剂对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的抑菌效果,探讨其机理。方法:结合前期中药抑菌试验和查阅文献,筛选出6种有抑菌效果的中药颗粒剂,通过对泛耐药不动杆菌的体外抑菌试验,电镜下观察抑菌前后耐药菌外观形态和超微结构的变化。结果:6种中药颗粒剂对泛耐药菌作用后,透过电镜可以观察到菌体完整性不同程度被破坏,细胞壁受损,菌毛和细胞壁部分已经脱离菌体,细胞质被瓦解,甚至有空洞出现。结论:6种中药颗粒剂可使泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌菌体变形、胞质分裂、细胞壁受损等变化达到抑菌效果,为中药颗粒剂型的临床使用提供依据。Objective:The bacteriostatic effect of 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine granules on pan-drug resistant acinetobacter Bowman was observed under electron microscope,and the mechanism was discussed.Methods:In combination with the previous bacteriostatic test of traditional Chinese medicine and literature review,6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine granules with bacteriostatic effect were selected,the changes of morphology and ultrastructure of drug-resistant bacteria before and after bacteriostasis were observed under electron microscope.Results:After the effect of six traditional Chinese medicine granules on Pan drug-resistant bacteria,the integrity of the bacteria was damaged in varying degrees,the cell wall was damaged,the pili and cell wall were separated from the bacteria,the cytoplasm was disintegrated,and even cavities appeared.Conclusion:6 kinds of granules of Chinese Materia Medica(CMM)could inhibit the growth of pan-drug resistant acinetobacter Bowman,such as cell deformation,Cytokinesis,cell wall damage and so on,which provides the basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine granules.
