摘　　要：热敏灸是一种新型的应用艾灸的治疗手段,广效便廉。作者通过文献翻阅,总结近十年来热敏灸在膝关节周围疾病中的应用情况,探讨热敏灸在部分膝关周围疾病中的作用机制及影响因素,彰显热敏灸在膝关节周围疾病治疗中的优势。但也存在着缺乏大样本、高质量的临床试验以及操作不够规范、量化等不足之处,亟待解决。Heart-sensitive moxibustion is a new moxibustion therapy,which is cheap,effective,easy to operate and widely used in clinic.The author through literature reading,summarizes heart-sensitive moxibustion in the recent ten years around the knee joint disease,its application to explore the role of heart-sensitive moxibustion in part around knee shut disease mechanism and influence factors,highlight the advantages of thermal effect around the knee joint disease moxibustion therapy.But there are also some shortcomings such as lack of large sample,high quality clinical trial,operation not standardized and quantitative,and so on,which need to be solved.
