摘　　要：目的总结提炼医院在面对突发公共卫生事件过程中捐赠机制的建立与优化过程,提高捐赠工作管理能力。方法通过文献研究、集体讨论、实地调研等方法对首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院捐赠整体工作进行探讨。结果通过对医院捐赠工作流程进行反复优化分析,制定科学捐赠工作管理制度体系,加强了部门间协同作用以及优化捐赠流程,在保证合法合规的前提下,使受捐物资能够快速使用到临床。结论建立及优化的捐赠制度有一定指导性,有助于医疗机构在应对突发公共卫生事件捐赠工作中,快速反应、高效运行,保障了疫情防控期间捐赠物资的安全合理使用。Objective To summarize and refine the establishment and optimization of the donation mechanism in the face of public health emergencies,and improve the ability of donation management.Methods The overall donation work of our hospital was discussed through literature research,collective discussion,field research and other methods.Results Through repeated optimization and analysis of hospital donation work process points,a scientific donation work manage⁃ment system system bed was formulated.On the premise of ensuring legal compliance,strengthen inter-departmental co⁃ordination and optimize the donation process.The aim was to make the donated materials quickly used in clinic as soon as possible.Conclusion It helps medical institutions to respond quickly and to operate efficiently in order to ensure timely supply and safe and rational use of donate supplies during the outbreak of public health emergencies.
