摘　　要：目的制定疑似合并新型冠状病毒感染的重症患者的院内转运实施要点。方法对转运工作人员进行应急培训,合理调配人力资源,制定疑似新型冠状病毒感染的重症患者的转运和检查流程,落实分级防护措施及消毒隔离制度等方面进行实践探索和安全管理。结果参与转运人员无1例职业暴露及院内交叉感染的发生。结论通过严格落实要点,有效保障了转运的安全快捷,避免了员工职业暴露及院内交叉感染。Objective To formulate the key points of transfer in hospital for critically ill patients combined with suspected novel corona virus infection in isolated wards.Methods Practice exploration and safety management was carried out through rational deployment of human resources,making transfer and inspection process,emergency training,and classi⁃fied protection measures and disinfection and isolation systems for relevant personnel.Results All 25 patients were trans⁃ported safely.No occupational exposure and cross infection occurred among the personnel involved in the transportation.Conclusion Through the strict implementation of the key points,the safe and fast transportation is effectively guaranteed,and the occupational exposure and cross infection among the personnel involved in the transportation are avoided.
