摘  要:目的为满足应急救援需求,设计一种一体化便携式通用生命支持系统,为伤员提供多参数监护和生命支持治疗。方法把关键急救设备与器械进行微型化、轻量化和集成化设计,将多种急救设备的功能集成于一台设备上实现,系统主要包括机械通气、输液、监护、供氧、供电等模块;外形、结构、显示和操控界面充分考虑人机交互设计,采取外接氧源供氧,可接高压氧源和低压氧源;采用内部电池和外接交/直流电源供电。结果该系统满足人机工程要求,体积更小、重量更轻,可实现呼吸支持、输液、多参数生命体征监护等功能,各项技术参数都高于研制总要求,具有更强的多环境适应性,可以在高寒、高原、雨淋、颠簸等多种野外环境下正常工作。结论研制的微型化、轻量化便携式通用生命支持系统性能可满足重症患者救治需求,环境适应性强,可广泛用于事故救援、灾害救援等。Objective To meet the needs of emergency rescue,a portable life support system was designed to provide multi parameter monitoring and life support treatment for the wounded.Methods The key first-aid equipments and in⁃struments were miniaturized,lightweighted and integrated,and the functions of various first-aid equipment were real⁃ized on one machine.The machine mainly includes respiratory support,infusion,monitoring,oxygen supply,power sup⁃ply and other modules.The appearance,structure,display and control interface of the equipment fully consider the de⁃sign of human-computer interaction to meet the requirements of human-computer engineering.External oxygen source is adopted for oxygen supply,which can be connected to high-pressure oxygen source and low-pressure oxygen source.It is powered by internal battery and external AC/DC power supply.In order to make the machine work normally in the cold,plateau,rain and turbulence environment,we should pay attention to the improvement of multi environment adapt⁃ability.Results The system meets the requirements of rgonomics.The system has smaller volume and lighter weight,and can achieve respiratory support,infusion,multi parameter vital signs monitoring and other functions,and the technical parameters are higher than the general requirements.The system adopts external oxygen source for oxygen supply,which can be connected with high pressure oxygen source and low pressure oxygen source.The system is powered by internal battery and external AC/DC power supply.The system has stronger multi environment adaptability and can work normal⁃ly in various field environments,such as alpine,plateau,rain and turbulence.Conclusion The portable life support sys⁃tem developed in this paper is further improved in miniaturization and lightweight;Better performance to meet the needs of critically ill patients;It can be widely used in severe environment such as accident rescue and disaster rescue.
