社区医护参与院外急救工作的现况研究

摘　　要：目的通过调研社区医护人员参与院外急救工作现况,了解急救社区化实施后社区医护对急救工作的认知现状。方法运用调查问卷法和描述性统计学方法,对朝阳区社区在岗急救人员开展急救社区化相关工作进行调查。结果开展急救社区化后,超过60%的社区医护参与院外急救工作对其职业发展有所帮助,对居民自救互救工作能力提升有帮助。结论急救社区化的开展有助于提升社区医护人员急诊救护能力,缩短急救半径,促进健康管理;同时,社区居民自救互救能力的提升培训有待进一步加强,社区医护人员工作积极性有待进一步提升。Objective To investigate the current situation of community medical staff participating in pre-hospital first aid work,and to understand the cognition of community medical staff on first aid work after the implementation of com⁃munity-based first aid.Methods Questionnaire and descriptive statistics were used to investigate the community based emergency work of community emergency workers in Chaoyang District.Results After the implementation of community-based emergency,more than 60%of community doctors and nurses participated in pre-hospital emergency work,which was helpful for their career development and the improvement of residents'self-help and mutual rescue ability.Conclusion The development of community-based first aid is helpful to improve the emergency rescue ability of community medical staff,shorten the first aid radius and promote health management.At the same time,the training of self-help and mutual help ability of community residents needs to be further strengthened,and the enthusiasm of community medical staff needs to be further improved.
