探析湖北省小轮车运动员选材现状及方法

摘　　要：通过对目前湖北省小轮车运动员的现状及选材进行调查与分析,拟初步构建湖北省小轮车运动后备人才的选材体系,形成系统的小轮车运动的选材理论,为优化选材提供科学有效建议。采用访谈法、实地调查法、测试法,以湖北省小轮车运动员个案研究分析为基础,依据运动员训练的实践经验与运动成绩相结合,对运动员从哪选、如何选、怎样选的问题进行深入探析,并提出相关建议。得出结论:1.湖北省小轮车运动员甄选模式有待改进;2.湖北省小轮车运动员的后备生源渠道狭窄;3.湖北省小轮车运动员的选材训练形式单一。Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation and selection of BMX athletes in Hubei Province,this paper intends to preliminarily build the selection system of BMX reserve talents,form a systematic selection theory of BMX sports,and provide scientific and effective suggestions for optimizing the selection.Using the methods of interview,field investigation and test,based on the case study of BMX athletes in Hubei Province,combining the practical experience of athletes’training with sports performance,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems of where and how to select athletes,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:1.The selection mode needs to be improved.2.The channel of reserve students for BMX athletes is narrow.3.The training form of BMX is single.
