疫情时期高校高水平运动队教练员执教策略

摘　　要：高校高水平运动队的训练与比赛情况是对高校体教结合效果、大学生身体素质水平的检验,也是落实“健康中国战略”的重要组成部分。自新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,各高校的高水平运动队为确保完成教学任务与训练计划,根据疫情的变化采取了线上与线下相结合的灵活教学方式,基本上做到了“停课不停学、停课不停练”,使队员保持良好的运动状态,实现了身体机能与技术水平的稳步提高,保障了队员能够随时投入线下比赛的需要。本研究通过文献资料法和访谈法对疫情时期高校高水平运动队在训练、管理等方面的情况进行梳理,对疫情时期高校高水平运动队教练员如何执教、如何带领队员进行“居家体育锻炼、分散锻炼、小范围集中训练”做了阐述,并就“疫情时期教练员如何管理好队伍、如何组织好队员落实训练计划、如何提高训练成效”等问题提出相应策略。The training and competitions of the high-level sports teams in colleges and universities are the tests of the combination effect of sports and education in colleges and universities and the physical quality level of college students.It is also an important part of the implementation of“Healthy China Strategy”.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the high-level sports teams of colleges and universities have adopted the flexible teaching method of combining online and offline education together based on the variation of the outbreak in order to ensure the completion of teaching tasks and training plan,which has basically achieved the effect of“suspending classes does not suspend learning and practicing”and has kept the players in good state of motion.This realizes a steady improvement of body functions and technical levels and ensures the need that players are able to take part in the offline competitions at any time.This study sorts out the training and management situations about high-level sports teams of colleges and universities during the COVID-19 outbreak period through literature review method and interviewing method.It explains how the coaches of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities teach and lead their players to carry out“physical exercise at home,decentralized exercise and concentrated training in a small range”during the epidemic period,and proposes corresponding strategies for the problems including“how the coaches manage their teams well during the epidemic period,how to organize the team members to implement the training plan and how to improve training effectiveness.”
