摘 要:目的探讨“六顶思考帽”联合思维导图两种思维模式在疑难护理病例讨论中的效果。方法本科护理人员分析疑难护理病例特点,明确讨论方向,将护理程序与“六顶思考帽”思维方法结合,形成小组讨论重点,将参与人员分成白、绿、黄、黑、红、蓝6个小组,讨论过程中运用思维导图软件,现场绘制讨论结果。结果本次疑难护理病例讨论总体满意率达82.11%。80.49%的护理人员表示本次疑难护理病例讨论对其启发很大,70.73%的护理人员表示本次疑难护理病例讨论开阔了思路,97.56%的护理人员表示提高了护理能力,100%的护理人员表示愿意再次参加此类学习讨论会。结论将“六顶思考帽”联合思维导图的模式应用于疑难护理病例讨论中,可帮助护理人员理清逻辑顺序,提高病例讨论效率,同时还可满足护理人员学习兴趣,促进其主动学习的兴趣,提高护理能力。Objective To explore the effect of the combined application of“Six Thinking Hats”and mind mappingin the discussion of difficult nursing cases.Methods The characteristics of difficult nursing cases was analyzed and the discussion direction was clarified by the nursing staff.Undergraduate nursing staff combined nursing procedures with the thinking method of“six thinking caps”to form the focus of group discussion.Participants were divided into six groups:white,green,yellow,black,red and blue.During the discussion,mind mapping software was used to draw the discussion results on site.Results The overall satisfaction rate of the difficult nursing case discussion reached 82.11%.80.49%of the nursing staff said that this difficult nursing case discussion gave them to a great inspiration,70.73%of them said that it broadened their thinking,97.56%of the nursing staff said training improved their nursing ability,all have expressed a willingness to take part in similar training.Conclusion“Six Thinking Hats”combined with mind mapping in the discussion of difficult nursing case can clarify the logical sequence,improve case discussion efficiency.At the same time,it can satisfy the learning interest of nursing staff,promote active learning and improve nursing ability.
