高速公路环境监理要点探讨——以德会高速公路为例

摘　　要：在高速公路施工过程中开展环境监理工作,可减少和避免公路建设对环境的破坏,对保障公路周边经济与环境的可持续发展具有重要意义。以德昌至会理高速公路施工期环境监理工作情况为例,总结了高速公路在生态环境保护、水环境保护、声环境保护、大气环境保护、固体废物处置等方面环保达标监理的要点,探讨了污水处理设施工程、声屏障工程、绿化工程、路面和桥面径流收集设施等环保工程监理的要点,以期为其他高速公路建设项目的环境监理工作提供参考。The construction of expressway environmental supervision work plays an important role in reducing and avoiding the destruction of environment caused by highway construction,and guaranteeing the sustainable development of economy and environment around highway.In this paper,the key points of environmental protection standard supervision in the aspects of ecological environmental protection,water environmental protection,acoustic environmental protection,air environmental protection and solid wastes disposal are summarized,with Dechang-Huili Expressway environmental supervision work in the construction stage as an example.The key points of environmental protection project supervision such as sewage treatment facilities,sound barrier,greening project,road and bridge surface runoff collection facilities are discussed,so as to provide reference for environmental supervision work of other expressway construction projects.
