摘  要:目的:测定绿豆衣药材中水分、总灰分及浸出物的含量,为建立绿豆衣质量标准提供实验依据。方法:按照《中国药典》2015年版四部0832(第二法)水分测定、2302灰分测定和2201浸出物测定法对绿豆衣进行水分、总灰分、浸出物测定。结果:绿豆衣水分含量在10.9%~12.0%之间;总灰分含量在2.3%~2.5%之间;浸出物含量在3.0%~3.4%之间。结论:建议绿豆衣水分限度值为15%;总灰分限度值为3.0%;浸出物标准不得少于2.5%。In this study we determined the moisture,total ash and extractives of mung bean seed-coat,so as to provide experimental support for the establishment of quality standard for mung bean seed-coat.According to the moisture determination method(0832),ash determination method(2302),and extractive determination method(2201)included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(volumeⅣ,edition of 2015),the moisture,total ash and extractives of mung bean seed-coat were determined.The results showed that the moisture,total ash and extractives of mung bean seed-coat were 10.9%to 12.0%,2.3%to 2.5%,and 3.0%to 3.4%,respectively.Therefore,the suggested limit values of moisture,total ash and extractives of mung bean seed-coat are 15%,3.0%and 2.5%(minimum),respectively.
