摘　　要：文章利用山东省失业人员的调查数据,运用Logistic回归模型实证分析了山东省失业人员再就业影响因素,并根据模型分析结果提出相应政策建议。Utilizing the survey data of the unemployed in Shandong Province,this paper empirically analyzes the influential factors of re-employment of the unemployment in Shandong Province with the logistic regression model,and proposes the corresponding policy suggestions based on the analysis results of this model.
