摘  要:中性点非有效接地配电网单相接地故障定位中存在故障特征弱、可用测量信息不足等问题。通过分析单相接地故障行波在配电网传播过程中的折反射规律和特征,研究初始行波与反射行波传播路径和配电网拓扑结构的关系,提出了一种基于行波折反射特征的复杂配电网单相接地故障定位方法,并提出了基于配电网拓扑的测量点布置方案。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件中搭建电磁暂态仿真模型进行仿真验证,结果表明所提方法定位精度较高,不受故障距离、接地电阻等因素的影响。There are problems such as weak fault characteristics and insufficient available measurement information in the single-phase grounding fault location of the neutral-point non-effectively grounded distribution network.By analyzing the refraction and reflection laws and characteristics of the single-phase grounding fault traveling wave in the distribution network propagation process,and researching the relationship between the propagation path of the initial traveling wave and the reflected traveling wave and the structure of the distribution network,this paper proposes a method for locating single-phase ground faults in a complex distribution network based on the characteristics of traveling wave refraction and reflection,and a scheme of measuring point placement based on the topology of the distribution network.An electromagnetic transient simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software for simulation verification.The results show that the proposed method has high positioning accuracy and is not affected by factors such as fault distance and ground resistance.
