摘 要:随着大容量高比例的新能源集中接入电网,传统电网可用的频率响应资源占比逐步减少。为了充分发挥新能源场站参与电网快速一次调频的潜力,提高电网的电能质量,在新能源场站常规有功-频率下垂控制方法基础上,提出了一种考虑负荷频率特性的新能源场站一次调频控制方法,该方法提高了系统频率的抗扰动能力。采用MATLAB/Simulink对典型负荷频率特性的新能源场站一次调频控制方法进行了仿真验证,结果表明所提出的控制方法可以显著提高系统频率稳定性,对新能源场站一次调频具有重要参考意义。As large-capacity and high proportion of wind and photovoltaic new energy are integrated into the grid,the proportion of frequency response resources available for traditional grids is gradually reduced.In order to fully develop the potential of new energy stations to participate in fast primary frequency modulation of power grid,and improve the power quality of the power grid,.based on the conventional active power-frequency droop control method of new energy station,this paper presents a integrated control of primary frequency modulation control regulation of new energy stations considering the load frequency characteristic.This method improved the system’s ability to resist disturbance of frequency.MATLAB/Simulink software is used to verifying the primary frequency modulation control regulation with typical load frequency characteristics.The results show that the proposed control method can significantly improve the frequency stability of the system,and it has important reference significance to the primary frequency modulation control of new energy stations.
