摘　　要：新中国成立前夕,面对日新月异的革命形势,中国共产党颁行下发了一系列重要的文件和指示,通过制定亲民的纲领政策、发扬亲民的干部作风、创新亲民的宣传教育,树立了亲民爱民的光辉形象,赢得了人民的爱戴和支持,最终取得了新民主主义革命的胜利,建立了社会主义新中国。总结和研究这一成功经验,不仅能够促进我们党同人民群众血肉联系的继续保持,为共产党今天继续践行全心全意为人民服务这一根本宗旨提供借鉴,还能为我党在治国理政的全部活动中贯彻以人民为中心的群众路线给予现实指导。On the eve of the founding of New China,facing the ever-changing revolutionary situation,the Communist Party of China issued a series of important documents and instructions.By formulating pro-people programs and policies,developing pro-people cadres'style and innovating pro-people propaganda and education,setting up a glorious image of loving the people,winning the people's love and support,acquiring the victory of the New Democratic Revolution,socialist New China was thus established.Summarizing and studying this successful experience can not only promote the continuation of the flesh-and-blood relationship between our Party and the people,but also provide a reference for our Party to continue to practice the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly today.It can also provide realistic guidance for our Party to implement the people-centered mass line in all its activities of governing the country and government.
